CMS AI Agent sits between your assistant and your website. It is worth being precise about what that means it can see.

What we never see

• Your conversations with ChatGPT or Claude. They are between you and them.
• Your normal website administrator password. We never ask for it.
• Your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe and the number never reaches us.
• Anything on websites you have not connected.

What we keep

• Your account details, and the websites you connected.
• The application password for each website, encrypted, and usable only for that one site.
• A record of every operation: what was done, when, on which website, and whether it worked.

That record is kept for as long as your plan says — 30 days on Standard, 180 on Pro, a year on Agency — and then deleted. We do not keep copies of your pages or posts; we read them when they are asked for and do not store them.
