CMS Automation Tool

Put your website on automatic

Checking a hundred and eighty pages is nobody's idea of a morning, so it never happens — and the site quietly drifts out of date. This runs on a schedule instead: we read your site every week, tell you what has gone wrong since we last looked, and fix it with your approval.

  • Do you have a website you are tired of keeping up to date?
  • Is there content on it that has quietly stopped being true — old prices, a product you no longer sell, a phone number that changed?
  • Do you want it kept current without doing it yourself every week?
  • Are pages on your site losing search traffic because they have gone stale?
  • Would you settle for simply being told which pages are wrong, and deciding yourself what to do?

If any of those is a yes, this is for you. Two honest notes before you read on, because this is a category full of things that promise more than they do: it keeps what you have written correct and publishes what you ask it to publish — pages, blog posts, on a date you choose. What it does not do is invent articles you never asked for. And it cannot promise you rankings. What it can do is stop your site quietly going wrong, which is the part that costs you traffic and customers while you are not looking.

The honest version of what this is: your website is going wrong in ways you cannot see, because nobody can hold a hundred and eighty pages in their head. We can read all of them every week. That is the whole product, and the finding matters more than the fixing.

What it runs

Each job works only where the thing it depends on has been proved on a real installation, which is why these numbers differ. Nothing is offered on a platform where it has not been tested.

The jobWhere it works
Content refresh
Finds the pages that have gone stale — old prices, discontinued products, dates that have passed — and rewrites them. The reason to buy this.
9 platforms
Broken link sweep
Internal links pointing at pages you deleted or renamed, found and repaired in the content itself.
9 platforms
Scheduled publishing
Work written now and put live on a date you choose, on the platforms that have a scheduled state of their own.
4 platforms
SEO field sweep
Missing, duplicate and over-long SEO titles and descriptions, fixed in bulk. Only three platforms let an outside service write these at all.
3 platforms
The report, on its own
Everything found and nothing changed. Plenty of people will want only this, and it is worth paying for by itself.

What we look for

Ordered by how much damage each one does, not by how clever it is to spot. A phone number nobody answers costs you a customer today; a thin page costs you a little search traffic over a year.

  • Contact details that no longer work — Old phone numbers, old addresses, email addresses nobody reads any more — still sitting in the footer and in posts from four years ago.
  • Prices that have changed — Every page quoting a figure, so you can see which ones still say what you charged in 2023.
  • Things you stopped selling — Tell us what you no longer offer and we find every page still recommending it — and rewrite each one to point somewhere useful instead.
  • Dates that have passed — Pages that say "in 2024", "coming soon", "new this year" or "our latest" when the year has moved on.
  • Links to pages that no longer exist — Internal links pointing at pages you deleted or renamed, which send your readers to a dead end and your search rankings with them.
  • Pages nobody has touched in years — Sorted oldest first, with what each one is about, so you can see at a glance what has been left behind.
  • Pages with almost nothing on them — Stubs you meant to finish, category pages with one line, drafts that were published by accident.
  • Pages that say the same thing — Near-identical titles and overlapping content, which make your own pages compete with each other in search results.

How often it runs

You choose, and you can change it whenever you like. Most sites want the cheap checks often and the slow ones rarely.

  • Every week — dead links, contact details and dates that have passed. These are cheap to check and the ones that cost you a customer the day they break.
  • Every month — prices, thin pages, and pages saying the same thing as each other. Slower-moving, and not worth a weekly email about.
  • Every three months — the full sweep, oldest pages first, including everything nobody has touched in years.

If nothing has changed, you hear nothing. A weekly email that says "all fine" fifty times is an email people stop opening, and then they miss the one that mattered.

What we do not claim

Said here rather than in the small print, because this is a category full of tools that promise more than they do.

  • We do not promise rankings. We can tell you a page is out of date and rewrite it. What Google does with that is between you and Google, and anybody who promises otherwise is guessing.
  • We do not touch your design, your layouts or your theme. This is about the words on the page and nothing else.
  • We do not publish anything. Every change arrives as a draft or a proposal with the old text beside the new one, and nothing reaches your visitors until you say so.
  • We cannot know a fact has changed unless it is on your site or you tell us. If your supplier quietly raised a price and you have not mentioned it anywhere, nothing here will spot that.

How it works

  1. You connect your website, the same way an AI Agent connects — with a key you make yourself and can take back at any moment.
  2. We read every page and build the report: what is stale, what is broken, what is thin, oldest first.
  3. You read the report. This is the part worth paying for even if you stop here, and plenty of people will.
  4. For anything you want fixed, we write the correction and show it to you with the current text beside it, page by page.
  5. You approve what you like. If you change your mind afterwards, each page can be put back exactly as it was.

Works on 9 platforms

A platform appears here only when reading content, editing content and making many changes at once have all been proved on a real installation of it. "Sometimes works" is not good enough for something that runs while you are not watching.

Not yet offered: Ghost, Strapi. The connection is built and has never been run against a live site, so this is not sold for them.

The panel, and why it exists

Automation without a control panel is a service that changes your website while you are asleep, and no amount of careful engineering makes that comfortable. So the panel is not a feature of this product — it is the thing that makes the product reasonable to buy.

  • Each job on or off, per site. You might want the link sweep on three sites and the refresh on one.
  • How often each one runs — weekly, monthly, or every three months. Cheap checks often, slow ones rarely.
  • What may happen without asking you. Fixing a dead internal link is one thing; rewriting a page about a product you stopped selling is another. You draw that line, per job, and you can move it.
  • Everything it has done, with the old text beside the new, and an undo on each one.

What it costs

A subscription rather than a one-off, because a site does not go stale once. A single sweep leaves you exactly where you started a year later.

Watch

The report, every month

We read your site and tell you what has gone wrong. You fix it yourself, or you do not. Worth it on its own, because knowing is the hard part.

The report, and the corrections

Everything above, plus we write the fixes and show them to you. You approve what you want, page by page.

Managed

For sites with a lot to lose

Several sites, or one large one, with a standing arrangement about what to fix without asking and what always to ask about first.

Price not set yet

Prices are not set yet and nothing here is for sale. This page exists so you can see exactly what you would be buying before there is anything to buy.

Where to go next

If you want to manage your site day to day by asking rather than on a schedule, that is the AI Agent for your platform. If you are leaving your platform rather than keeping it up to date, that is the migration.

An automation tool for every platform

One page each, saying what can be automated on that platform and what cannot. The faded ones are platforms where nothing is built yet, and their pages say so rather than pretending otherwise.
