Headless CMS, and where this fits

A headless CMS stores your content and serves it over an API, leaving the look of the site to something else. CMS AI Agent is not a headless CMS and is not a CMS at all: it stores none of your content and serves none of your pages. It is a way to talk to the content system you already have — including a headless one — so that creating and editing can be done by asking rather than by filling in forms. Of the 20 platforms it connects to, 5 are headless: Ghost, Webflow, Contentful, Strapi and Sanity.

The headless platforms it connects to

5 of 20 are headless or API-first: Ghost, Webflow, Contentful, Strapi and Sanity. On each of those, what can be done depends entirely on the content model you designed — a space or dataset with no collections in it has nothing to manage, whatever the platform is capable of.

What it adds to a headless setup

A headless CMS is excellent at storing content and indifferent about who writes it. The usual answer is a custom editing interface somebody has to build and maintain. This is a different answer: the people writing talk to ChatGPT or Claude, and the content lands in the same space or dataset your site already reads from.

What it does not replace

Your CMS. Your hosting. Your front end. Nothing moves and nothing is migrated — the content stays exactly where it is, in the system you chose, and remains yours if you stop paying us tomorrow.

Should I go headless to use this?

No, and that would be an odd reason to. It works with ordinary WordPress, Joomla and Drupal sites as well as with headless ones. Going headless is a decision about how your site is built, and this product has no opinion about it.

Questions people ask

Is CMS AI Agent a headless CMS?
No. It stores no content and serves no pages. It connects to the content system you already run, headless or otherwise, and lets you drive it in conversation.
Where does my content actually live?
In your own CMS, exactly as it does now. Nothing is copied to us to be kept — content passes through to do the job you asked for, and your site is the only place it lives.
Can I use this with a static site generator?
If your content comes from a CMS this product connects to, yes — it writes to the CMS and your build picks it up as it already does. If your content is files in a repository, there is nothing here for it to talk to.
What happens if I stop paying?
The connection stops and your content stays where it always was. There is nothing to export, because nothing was ever moved.
