Is there a Ghost integration to install?
No, and that is deliberate. Nothing of ours goes onto your Ghost site. Ghost AI Agent works through Ghost’s own published interface, which means there is no code of ours running on your server, nothing to keep updated, and nothing left behind if you stop using it.
What you actually do instead
A custom integration key. The key is never sent: it is decoded and used to sign a fresh token that is valid for five minutes, so an intercepted request cannot be replayed later.
Ghost has no search by title in its Admin API, so finding a post to change is done by listing rather than by querying.
What the platform does not allow
Editing a post requires sending the timestamp it was last changed, so a post edited elsewhere in the meantime is refused rather than overwritten. Ghost replaces its redirect list as a whole file, so redirects are deliberately not managed.
Why it works this way
Installing software on somebody’s website is a liability: it has to be updated, it can break on an upgrade, and it keeps running after they stop paying. Where Ghost gives us a published interface, using it is better for you than giving you one more thing to maintain.

What happens on my Ghost site if I cancel?
Your content stays exactly as it is. You revoke the credential you created, and that is the end of it — nothing of ours remains behind to remove.
